Quick Chilli



Taken before, during and after consumption.
Chilli con carne, cooked by Zoe to a recipe by Nigella Lawson (Recipe below):

For this reciepe you will need:

150/200g Chopped Chiritzo (Into half moon shapes)

500g Minced Beef

1/2 tsp each of Ground Cinnamon, Ground Corinader & Cumin

3 brused cardamon pods

Tomatoe Pasata (to taste, approx 400/500g)

60ml sweet chilli sauce

1/4 - 1 tsp on chilli flakes

1 tin of mixed spicy beans (optional)

  • First fry the chopped chirizo in a pan until it starts giving off its red oil
  • Add the mince beef and cook until brown and add the spices and stir
  • Start adding the tomatoe pasata to taste and stir in the chilli sauce and chilli flakes
  • Simmer for 20/30 minutes

SERVE WITH RICE AND GRATED CHEESE



Plus some left overs for lunch later in the week.
